I have worked for over twenty years in the Financial Services industry in numerous countries.

I have personally interviewed over one thousand job candidates and have been heavily involved in campus recruiting.

I have met many people from other industries through various networks. We have discussed at length what attributes we look for in a job candidate during an interview.

Although our industries may be quite diverse in function, our view on quality candidates did not differ.
